Simplifying operation and maintenance
A suite of complementary tools

To support operators on their day-to-day operations

POMA’s digital solutions provide access to the key data, support and technical information needed for effective planning and optimisation of equipment operation and maintenance.

Our range of solutions

Smart monitoring and predictive maintenance

Installation availability is central to operational challenges. POMA has developed a range of predictive maintenance solutions specifically for cable transport, designed to anticipate failures and ensure operational safety by monitoring various components:

  • Vibration monitoring of the motor, pulleys, rollers, auxiliary motors, etc.
  • Dynamo shaft monitoring on the tensioning cylinder
  • Automatic and continuous cable monitoring
  • Vehicle routing in stations

Daily reports are sent to operators, summarising key operational data and weekly trends, so that operators can anticipate faults and initiate corrective action.
