POMA has been tasked with a cable transportation project for the city of Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. POMA will implement the first urban ropeways in Ulaanbaatar.

On Friday, 20 September, the municipal association CINOR (Communauté Intercommuncale Du Nord de la Réunion) and the FILAO-Group (Atelier Architectes, POMA and Egis) have celebrated the beginning of the constructions works for this project on La Réunion. The first urban ropeway on the island will streamline the traffic, particularly dense today, and encourage more sustainable modes of travel.
