Located at the foot of Mont Blanc, Saint-Gervais-les-Bains is increasingly focusing on sustainable mobility solutions. The Le Valléen 10-seater gondola lift, whose bottom station is directly linked to the du Fayet train station, offers a fast, multimodal link to the center of Saint-Gervais. The new lift is already very popular with students, but is also an ideal solution for tourists travelling to Saint-Gervais by train from Paris or London.

In Santo Domingo capital, inauguration of the POMA’s 2nd urban cable car line
A second urban cable car line has been inaugurated in Santo Domingo. The 4-kilometre cable car line connects the city centre and the western outskirts of the capital with the city's transport network. For the first time in the world, a cable car line is operating at a speed of 7m/s in an urban environment !

How the west was won: the American Eagle is the first TELEMIX® ropeway installed in the United States by the POMA Group. Passengers settle into one of the six-seater chairs and eight-seater gondolas to reach the top of the slopes or the high-altitude restaurant.

The Tlemcen gondola lift that connects the city centre to the Lalla Setti Plateau had been at a standstill for four years when it resumed service in 2018. The Plan Joran gondola lift is an essential part of the Grands Montets ski resort, nestled in a listed natural site. It offers access to the ski area at altitude and offers an exceptional view of the Aiguille du Chardonnet.

UPILOT®, a dedicated training solution
UPILOT® is the first digital training management platform dedicated to ropeway systems. It includes both traditional teaching principles and the world’s first immersive training tool in ropeway transport. Designed and deployed on a very large scale by the POMA Group.
UPILOT® helps acquire and upgrade the skills necessary to operate and maintain ropeway transport systems. It is suitable for all types of operation (snow, tourism and urban) and for all profiles present in the company, from the operator to the Operation manager.

POMA-Leitwind handled the delivery, installation and maintenance of six 1.65 MW Hh48 class A LTW80 wind turbines in Guadeloupe.
These machines replace 20 wind turbines installed in the early 2000s on the site of Fonds Caraïbes in Guadeloupe, the island of the French West Indies. The new wind turbines are designed to withstand cyclones.

More than 8,000 passengers will board the cabins of the Téléo tricable ropeway every day. Part of the Toulouse Agglomeration’s transport network, it crosses a river and travels over a hill to link three major hubs of activity in the south of Toulouse: the University Cancer Institute, Rangueil Hospital and Paul Sabatier University.
